1. Services Provided
Baby Tots Seat Spa LLC provides mobile and/or drop-off cleaning services for infant and toddler products, including but not limited to:
Each item is cleaned using non-toxic, child safe cleaning products and sanitized following manufacturer cleaning procedures. While we strive to remove stains, odors, and debris, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains or damage, especially those caused by long term wear or improper storage.
Our services are for cleaning only and do not include repairs or reinstallation of car seats. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring proper reinstallation and use of any cleaned baby gear.
2. Pickup And Delivery Policy
We offer mobile pickup and delivery services of items within our business area. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop off addresses. Customers may choose to leave their items outside of their home for pickup or delivery. Please notify us in advance via text or email so we know where to find the item. If the item is not placed outside and/or the pickup time is missed, additional fees may be added.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and safe experience, customers are responsible for the following when using Baby Tots Seat Spa LLC services:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items that were left in the seat.
3.3 Pickup and Drop Off Readiness
Customers agree to be available during the scheduled time window for pickup and delivery. If you choose to leave your items unattended outside for pickup or return, you assume full responsibility for the item before pickup and delivery.
Baby Tots Seat Spa is not responsible for theft, damage, or weather-related issues for any items left outside at your request.
3.4 Payment Responsibility
Payment is due upon time of booking. Non-payment may result in delay of return or cancellation of future service eligibility.
3.5 Communication
Customers are expected to respond promptly to appointment cancellations or scheduling changes. Please notify us 24 hours in advance for reschedules or cancellations for a full refund.
If notification is given under 24 hours, a refund will not be issued BUT will be used as credit toward the next cleaning.
4. Liability Disclaimer
By using the services of Baby Tots Seat Spa, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
4.1 Limited Liability for Damage
We take every precaution to clean your infant/toddler gear with care, using non-toxic and baby safe products. However, due to the delicate nature of fabrics, materials, and manufacturer designs, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or build up, nor can we guarantee that cleaning will not reveal or worsen pre-existing wear, fading or damage.
You acknowledge that:
Any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions (such as mold, sun damage, weakened fabric, loose stitching, or structural wear) is not the responsibility of Baby Tots Seat Spa LLC.
We are not liable for any damage to items that are fragile, poorly maintained, improperly assembled, or beyond safe cleaning condition.
4.2 Installation and Safety Responsibility
Baby Tots Seat Spa LLC does not reinstall or inspect car seats for safety compliance. While we may remove fabric components or detachable parts to clean them, it is the customers sole responsibility to:
